Yes! If you would like to source your own apparel we can provide you with a custom decoration quote. This means you will pay only the cost of your selected decoration.

However for large orders, name brands, and if you have not sourced apparel, we highly recommend you speak to a sales associate. We receive wholesale pricing on select apparel, often resulting in a cheaper cost for you!

After your initial inquiry, a dedicated sales member will gather any needed information, create a custom quote, and direct you through artwork preparation. Following artwork and quote approval, production begins. Refer to the production time estimates below, as different types of decoration affect the time of production. Depending on the time of year, orders may be completed faster or slower; you will be notified when your quote is sent the estimated completion date.

Need your order in less than 2 weeks? We do offer rush orders for an additional fee, and highly recommend that rush orders have print ready files, garment type, and sizes/quantities needed. We will do our best to accommodate rush orders, but ideally, come to us before the 2 week period.

Some orders with large quantities, many colors, or large decoration areas may be subject to longer production times. You will be notified if your order needs a longer production time.

No, we have an in-house graphic artist that can assist you in creating artwork if needed. We can create designs based on inspiration, ensure given artwork is production ready, and provide online websites for easy ordering. If you would like to avoid an artwork fee, please provide a print-ready file format
